Despite only joining Chelsea at the start of the season, Romelu Lukaku will be permitted to depart this summer.According to Sky Sports, Lukaku was purchased for a club record amount of £97.5 million last summer.

He has only made 12 league starts since then, scoring five goals. He's appeared to have entirely lost his spot in Chelsea's starting eleven in recent weeks, with Thomas Tuchel preferring for Kai Havertz up front. Tuchel is willing to transfer Lukaku this summer, according to 90min, with Inter Milan and PSG keen in signing the striker.Chelsea are unlikely to return any of the £97.5 million they paid for him, but if they can recoup any of the money and invest it elsewhere, it may be time for him to leave.

The move has plainly failed, and Chelsea may have a kid on the way who might challenge Havertz for the number nine position. Armando Broja, who is on loan at Southampton, has scored more league goals this season than Lukaku. Because Havertz has been in excellent form in recent months, the London club does not need to sign a player to start ahead of him.

Broja, who is still only 20, can come in as a backup to Havertz and challenge him for the starting job.
