Albert Sambi Lokonga says he and his Arsenal partners should remain joined in the wake of dropping to a third Premier League rout in succession.
Arsenal lost 1-0 to Southampton on Saturday, with Jan Bednarek scoring the main objective, and they have properly slipped to 6th in the Premier League.
It is a significant catastrophe for Arsenal's expectations of fitting the bill for the Champions League, especially as they had started April in the fourth position.
Lokonga has asked the crew to remain together and get back to how they skipped subsequent to losing their initial three association rounds of the time.
"I think everything the group is frustrated in view of these couple of weeks, losing three games in succession," he said. "So we want to accept one another, and we need to remain together.
"We need to remain together and we need to continue to trust one another. We have experienced this toward the beginning of time, so we can rehash it.
"We are generally in total agreement and we are in the same boat. We need to look game by game and return."
Mikel Arteta has repeated Lokonga's words and has vowed to put an arm around his frustrated players.
Arsenal is back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Chelsea, prior to facilitating Manchester United on Saturday.
"Give all their help on the planet to them, since they need it," he said. "They are 19, 20, 21 years of age, a large portion of them and that is the very thing that they need.
"We are similarly situated where we were with one less game. We need to play on Wednesday and we need to lift them up. What's more, the assignment is huge, however, the open door is too. It's so valuable and we as a whole need to get it done.
"Also, we are going through the Premier League when we conflict with one group and we do what we did and today we come here and we are what our identity is, yet toward the end, you need to win the matches and you need to be there. That must be characterized in the cases."
