After a number of bids for acquiring Chelsea ownership has come to an end earlier in the week, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel spoke about the need to invest greatly in the club's academy system.
Thomas Tuchel advises new owners of Chelsea to channel their investment in the youth academy system. He added that the likes of Reece James, Mason Mount and Ruben Loftus- Cheek and many others were all product from the academy system who has now established with the first-team members.
