According to Mundo Deportivo [via Barca Universal], Bayern Munich is keeping a close eye on Gavi's contract situation at Barcelona.

Gavi, a product of Barcelona's development system, made his senior debut in August of last year. Since then, the 17-year-old has established himself as a regular for the Catalans, having appeared in 39 games in all competitions.

Gavi has made six appearances for the Spanish national team after impressing for the Blaugrana. As a result, the midfielder is widely considered as one of the country's most promising young players.

However, Gavi's future at Barcelona is in doubt, as his contract with the club expires next year. As things stand, the La Liga heavyweights fear losing the midfielder in the summer to a bargain deal.

If Gavi decides to leave Camp Nou at the conclusion of the season, he has plenty of possibilities. Bayern Munich is'very keen' in signing the Spaniard, according to the aforementioned source.

According to reports, the Bundesliga champions are keeping a close eye on Gavi's situation at Barcelona. Bayern Munich believe that under Julian Nagelsmann's guidance, the midfielder can establish himself as a regular. Nagelsmann's team, on the other hand, isn't the only one interested in getting Gavi's services. Liverpool, a Premier League powerhouse, is also said to be interested in the teenager.

According to the article, Gavi prefers to put pen to paper on a new arrangement with Blaugrana. Xavi, the Catalans' manager, has a strong relationship with the midfielder, and he is willing to continue his growth under him.

While the Spaniard is willing to sign a new contract, the Spanish giants are said to be hesitant to grant him a hefty contract. Xavi, on the other hand, has urged the club to sign the kid to a new deal.

Robert Lewandowski of Bayern Munich is a target for Barcelona.

While Bayern Munich has their sights set on Barcelona's Gavi, the Catalans are also interested in signing Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski. According to reports, Xavi's side has made the Pole a priority signing this summer.

The Bundesliga champions' deal with Lewandowski expires at the end of next season. There are rumours that the striker is willing to quit the German club, which has been hesitant to offer him a new contract. The Bavarians' treatment of the Poland international is alleged to have irritated him. As a result, he may be persuaded to relocate to Camp Nou this summer.

Lewandowski, who joined Bayern Munich for free from Borussia Dortmund in 2014, has 341 goals and 69 assists in 370 games for the club in all competitions.
