KLOPP BELIEVES LIVERPOOL MUST BE 'MAD' AND 'GREEDY' AGAINST MANCHESTER UNITED.

Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp has reminded his players that their Premier League game against Manchester United on Tuesday is the most important three points of their life as they pursue an unprecedented quadruple.

With seven games remaining, Liverpool is one point behind league leaders Manchester City, who have already won the League Cup and are in the FA Cup final and the Champions League semi-finals.

Despite the fact that United are on track to go without a trophy for the seventh consecutive season, Klopp told reporters on Monday that they can still cause Liverpool "huge issues" at Anfield.

"We have to be outraged in a positive way and all that," he remarked. "You're greedy, actually, like you'd be if you hadn't won anything, like you'd be if you didn't have any points, and it's the most important three points of your life."

"We need that mindset for this game because the quality is too great and they are too excellent not to be in that mood."

Since taking over on an interim basis last year, Ralf Rangnick has failed to inspire a change in United's fortunes, and Klopp has stated that there is no quick remedy to the club's problems.

He said, "When I first came here, we had a similar issue." "From the first day, we were not flying. Let me put it this way: after six or seven weeks, you could think to yourself, "Is it really that much better than before?""

"When you're in that scenario, you just accept that all of the actions are required. You can't just apply a magical sprinkle and walk away."
