The Assin North seat has been declared vacant by the supreme court of Ghana.
The supreme court of Ghana by a majority decision of 5-2 grants a motion seeking to prevent Mr. James Quayson from performing duties as a member of Parliament.
With this,a by-election is expected to happen.
