The Honorable Member of Parliament for the Tamale South constituency who doubles as the Minority leader of Parliament has released and signed a letter on behalf of the minority caucus. The content of the letter focused on the actions that he and his colleagues were planning to do in reaction to the various allegations Serwaa Broni had leveled against the President of the land, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.
Haruna Iddrisu revealed that the minority has demanded and accordingly received a full copy of the interview that Serwaa Broni had with the American-based journalist, Kelvin Taylor. Raised by some top citizens of the country, Haruna Iddrisu stated boldly that if the allegations made by Serwaa Broni were true, then there have been grave charges of abuse of office and human rights violations amongst others by the President. And as such, this has brought the office of the President into high disrepute. Haruna Iddrisu further assured Ghanaians that they will announce the necessary legal steps they will take against the President in due time.
