Mensah Bonsu, a nine-year-old child, is said to have drowned in a pool at the Rattray Park Recreational Centre in Kumasi.
The event occurred on Easter Sunday, April 17th, 2022, while a family gathering was taking place as part of the Easter celebrations. This occurred when the mother of the kid, a class 3 student, went to buy a towel for him.
In the absence of his mother, he, on the other hand, dived into the pool with his other siblings. After diving into the pool, he drowned. All attempts to revive him were futile, and he died soon after.
