Alan Kyeremanten swept the key regions to seize the lead in the poll. Alan Kyeremanten wins all of the regions except the Northern, North East, Upper West, and Upper East in a surprising turn of events.

Former President John Mahama continues to lead former Minister of Finance Dr Kwabena Dufour and former Mayor of Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly Kojo Bonsu in the contest to lead the National Democratic Congress (NDC), according to the survey. In addition, the president's job approval rating has dropped from 34% in January 2022 to 27% in April 2022, according to the poll. 67 percent of voters disapprove of the president's job performance, resulting in a net approval rating of 40% negative (approval minus disapproval).

Only 26% of voters believe the country is headed in the right direction, while 67% believe it is.
