Three people have been charged with abetment and murder by the Ho Circuit Court 1 in connection with a shooting incident in Pai Kantanka, Oti Region.
Kwabena Aduam, Amanpene Gyane, and Keabena Asante make up the trio.
Aduam and Gyane have been given bail, but Asante has been detained in custody for fleeing the scene of the crime in 2019.
The court presided over by Justice George Buadi, has rescheduled the case for May 11, 2022, to hear the suspects' petitions before selecting juries to assist the trial judge in adjudicating the case.
The culprits were apprehended after four people were killed in a shooting at the Pai Kantanka Omanhene's Palace. The suspects stormed the chief's office, brandishing locally made short guns.
