In a car accident over the weekend, two Indian citizens died unnecessarily, while seven others were injured to varying degrees.
Rujuta Ferrao, 46, and Rosa Ferrao, 72, were crushed to death in a car accident at Gomoa Mampong, near Winneba in the Central Region.
On arriving at Winneba's Trauma and Specialist Hospital, the Indians were pronounced dead.
Noel Ferrao, a 47-year-old Olam Ghana Limited employee, and Naomi Ferrao, 15, are the other Indians.
The injured are being treated at the same institution and are on admission.
