You may not be aware of what will happen to your MTN, VF, or TIGO account in terms of money when you are not present.
Without your knowledge, someone who registered your MoMo account for you may have used his or her name as your next of kin.
The steps below will walk you through the procedure:
Follow the steps below to determine your next of kin status:
1). Dial *170#
2). Select ...6
3). Select ... #
4). Select ...10
(i.e. Name & next of kin)
Check if your
next of kin is correct... Name, Address and Phone number please.
5). Select ...1
(i.e. change next of kin)
to complete the process, where necessary.
