This is a young man who was given power by his grandparents for doing this. He has been covering his body with a lot of snakes in his community without harming him.
Another thing he does to make him different is stopping the rain, and many more.
He is a witch doctor and he is the only son for his parent. He has a spirit that comes to him to do so many things, he said. He has been doing so many things the ordinary people can not do. He really knows how dangerous it is but he is not ready to put a stop to it.
Becuase of this, people in his community are scared going near him. Even that he has no girlfriend to be with becuase of his situation. 
In an interview he again said he has been rejected with his way of living even though the snakes protect his house.
He use to keep the snakes in a special place and in a pit. The snakes were welcomed to him by his ancestors. He again said he know he will get his family one day.
