Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal) took 61 successful penalties in La Liga while playing for Real Madrid between August 29, 2009 and January 27, 2018. In the Spanish league, Ronaldo converted 61 of 71 penalty kicks.

 

He made his La Liga debut on August 29, 2009, scoring a penalty against Deportivo La Coruna, and he scored his final two in the competition on January 27, 2018, in Madrid's 4–1 win against Valencia.
