Food price policies for encouraging healthy diets, food safety and aflatoxin prevention, food marketing and promotion techniques, food fortification, and the diversification and sustainable intensification of agriculture production are among the interventions, according to the report.

Mr Jevaise Aballo, UNICEF's Nutrition Officer, stated during a media workshop in Accra that those actions might assist solve the country's nutrition deficits.

The agriculture sector, according to the paper titled "2021 Nutrition Budget Brief," is a vital participant in guaranteeing increased nutrition.

It said that, despite the fact that agriculture and nutrition shared the same food entry point, they were not the same.
