Ashanti: NPP assignment in Fomena to hold surveying station races
The administering New Patriotic Party has opened assignments in the Fomena Constituency to pick officials at the surveying station level.
Scores of applicants were at the party office Friday (22 April 2022) to get duplicates of the designation structures in front of the surveys. The party has dispatched authorities to oversee the races.
The assignment
Hon. Kwabena Kokofu and Mr. Dennis Santiago have been designated to administer the direct of the appointment of surveying stations and constituent region facilitators' races. The end of the selection will end on Saturday (23 April 2022). The appointment of surveying station chiefs is supposed to be hung on April 26, while discretionary region organizers' will be hung on April 29.
Claims
A portion of the hopefuls hosted crowded the gathering office promptly toward the beginning of the day yet couldn't meet the assignment drove by a previous Bantama MP.
They affirmed that the structures had been given to allies of the officeholder MP, Andrew Amoako Asiamah, who they blame for conspiring with top party authorities to twist the discretionary principles.
The group anyway showed up at the party office after noontime and were going to meet voting demographic chiefs, reports Asaase Radio.
Body electorate Chairman Alhaji Kareem had told the Accra-based FM station that "a portion of the wannabes were here promptly toward the beginning of the day yet they have since left, we currently need to call them to the party office to come and buy the structures".
"They just let me know that they are in with the structures and the leftover structures will be picked for the cycle to begin. We dread that we are presently going to get our individuals… Even we have heard that the Deputy Speaker is now dispersing the structures to his individuals and that is extremely upsetting", he further affirmed.
The party authorities are as of now in a gathering with voting public chiefs in front of the constituent interaction.

Fomena is situated in the Ashanti Region, the decision party's fortress.
Early last month, irate party allies challenged party authority over plans to dodge the electing system to lean toward occupant MP and Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Andrew Amoako Asiamah.

A representative for the oppressed allies of NPP in the Fomena Constituency, Emmanuel Domah, said their dissent was a consequence of unreasonable treatment dispensed to some party individuals by the party order.
