The Member of Parliament for Akyem Oda, Alexander Akwasi Acquah, presented pieces of GTP wax prints to 180 aged ladies and men.
The gift, which was made to round off the constituency's Easter celebrations, was the first of its type.
The recipients, who came from all 18 electoral districts of the constituency, were overjoyed and thanked Hon. Akwasi Acquah in a short speech before being presented with their presents.
The MP stated that this payment will be made on an annual basis, and that another group of recipients would benefit in December during the Christmas season.
