Madam Dzifa Gomashie, MP for Ketu South, has urged the Ministry of Education to get the Aflao Community Day Senior High Technical School ready for admission this academic year.
Her petition came after the Ghana Education Service (GES) decided to put the almost finished E-Block into action by appointing a headmaster to oversee its operations starting March 21, 2022.
Mr Michael Yao Tsuiatorfe, the Municipal Director of GES, said the school started on April 19 and that admission of successful junior high school graduates for all seven senior high school programmes, excluding General Science, was continuous from 2015 to 2021.
Madam Gomashie, on the other hand, stated that she expects the works to be completed in full and that all essential logistics, such as transportation, will be in place.
