North Tongu member of parliament, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has lashed out over how the Majority Group Leader and Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu for his comment. His comment has drawn the comments and observation of Ghanaians over how an important information from an independent entity [Supreme Court] could be released to a government worker and an astute member of the New Patriotic Party [NPP]. He cited this via Facebook: Very puzzling how Majority Group Leader and Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu has become the official mouthpiece of the Supreme Court as he asserts that our case on the unconstitutional passage of the repugnant e-Levy is “dead on arrival.” What gives him such unabashed effrontery and what does he know that the rest of us do not know?

Certainly the kind of condemnable conduct which undermines the independence and credibility of the judiciary another transgression that would only aggravate the legitimate fears of National Security Minister Kan Dapaah. Here are how Ghanaians reacted to his Facebook post: He's trying to teach the NDC caucus in the 8th Parliament how to run things because it's like some of the NDC MPs are undermining your efforts. NDC MPs, have so many chances to send them to a minority but failed to use them, so learn from the masters of tricks. In parliament when were clothed with all might, You failed that continuing test. Instead of engaging the system to evolve strategies to reduce the effect, you are applying all hand grande tactics.

Don't seek to perpetuate a situation where if the NDC wins the 2024 elections, your action would impede national development. I dream of a Ghana that is not - what the NPP or NDC shoots at us but we together and collectively gave to ourselves and the next generation.
