A LEVEL 200 KNUST BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE STUDENT KILLED

A second year biological  science student of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(KNUST) is said to have pursued a friend for him to pay a debt own him ,however ,the friend lured the creditor into a bush and killed him.

 

The incident happened on Friday 22,April 2022 at Sewua in the Ashanti region of Ghana.

From information reaching as,the Police have arrested the said friend of the deceased Emmanuel boateng a 25 years old man .

The deceased has been identified as 22 years old  Kwaku Adu Gyamfi.

 

The suspected allegedly lured the  now deceased friend into a bush near Sewua where he was said to have clubbed him to death and stole his mobile Phone (IPhone 11 pro max).

Boateng was picked up by the police on Saturday April 23 2022 for alleged murder.

Boateng a tailer apprentice is currently in police custody assisting the Police with investigation.

 

Confirmation:

Confirming the incident to Graphic online,the Ashanti regional Police Public Relation Officer,Assistant Superitendant of Police(ASP) Godwin Ahianyo said around 5:30 pm on April  22,2022,the police in Feyiase had information that  a body was lying in a bush at sewua.

He said the Police together with Assembly Member of the Area and some traditional leaders proceed to the scene  where a male adult dressed in a red T shirt  and Blue trousers was found .

He was identified as Kwaku Gyamfi a level 200 student of KNUST who was found  dead.

He said an inspection conducted on the body  revealed a swollen neck and blood oozing from the nostril and a stick suspected to have been used to commit the crime lying about 200 meters meters away from the body.

The body was then conveyed and sent to the morgue to be later on conduct an  autopsy on the coups .
