Uncle Bobola, a 56-year-old fisherman, was discovered dead in what looks to be a suicide in Saltpond – Ankadul in the Central Region's Mfantseman Municipality.
Around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, the dead was discovered hanging from the ceiling in his room.
Ama Ninson, his distressed sister, expressed concern about the children he left behind as the family's breadwinner.
Anthony Eshun, Assembly Member for Saltpond-Ankaful Electoral Area, revealed that the dead was considered to be gone till his lifeless corpse was discovered in the room.

They said the deceased was a calm and respected member of the community, and they are baffled as to what may have prompted him to commit himself.
The body was taken to Saltpond Mortuary and placed there.
