Barcelona have affirmed that they have held conversations with Chelsea protector Antonio Rudiger's representative in anticipation of a possible move to Camp Nou.
Thomas Tuchel has demonstrated that Rudiger will withdraw from Stamford Bridge when his agreement lapses toward the end of this season, and the 29-year-old is drawing interest from a large group of top European clubs.
Genuine Madrid and Manchester United are likewise in the running for Rudiger's mark, but Barca chief Mateu Alemany has uncovered that the club have addressed Saif Rubie, Rudiger's representative.
Nonetheless, Alemany recommended that his discussion with Rubie was not about a likely move for Rudiger: "We had a gathering with his representative, but we didn't discuss what was happening.
"Specialists address beyond what one player can do, and that could prompt disarray. Likewise, it's not our custom to discuss contracted players, so we can't help.
"This moment isn't the opportunity to ponder [next season]. We work in all positions and, toward the finish of the entire season, we will converse with the mentor and pursue choices in view of the market. "
Rudiger has kept on being a critical figure in the Blues' side, having shown up across all contests this season, taking his total to 196 games in a Chelsea shirt.
