George Andah, a former Deputy Communications Minister, says he has no regrets about leaving the business sector for active political politics.

He claims that the experience has allowed him to advance in his job, despite the fact that he has yet to grasp the skill of persuading people to believe in his political beliefs.

He stated that his political experiences have taught him valuable insights that he has applied to his personal endeavors.

The former Awutu Senya West MP, on the other hand, bemoaned the image damage that comes with being active in Ghanaian politics.

Mr. Andah made these remarks in an interview with JoyNews following the introduction of his autobiography book, "Determined to Do More, the Mission is Possible."  The former MP worked in the business realm for several years, first as the marketing director of Guinness Ghana Breweries Ltd and then as the Chief Marketing Officer of Scancom Ltd., an MTN Group company. He eventually rose through the ranks of Bharti Airtel Nigeria's Chief Marketing Officer, Glo Mobile Ghana's Country Manager, and Globacom's Regional Director, Marketing Promotions.

He subsequently went on to start RUDDER Solutions, a market-development management consultancy business located in Ghana.

He entered politics in 2016 and earned a seat for the NPP, but the NDC defeated him in the 2020 general elections.
