The club is in limbo as four bidders compete for control, causing Tuchel's summer investment plans to be hampered.
Antonio Rudiger, a seasoned defender, is departing, and playing partner Andreas Christensen appears to be on his way out, but Chelsea won't be able to replace him until a new board is in place.
"I would be less anxious if we shared ownership and could rely on our framework," Tuchel added. However, this is also debatable.
"We are not concerned, but we are aware that the issue may become more complicated."
“It's complicated enough when you lose a guy like Tony and possibly another like Andreas. Even if everything else stays the same, losing this kind of quality in a back three is difficult enough in football.
"All I want to do is be positive and focus on the things we can control."
"It's not going to be easy. We wanted to compete, but as you can see, we were unable to do so in the long run.
"We'd be able to compete in periods and matches." We've struggled, and I've been pleased with the club's structure and mentality. That was the foundation, to think that we would keep going forward.

"Now that this is being called into question, it's becoming more demanding."
"The most important thing is that we preserve the competitive attitude here in the building and in the club." It's a little concerning, and let's hope we can get through it."
On Thursday night, Chelsea travel to Manchester United, where interim manager Ralf Rangnick, who was Tuchel's mentor as a young coach at German minnows Ulm, concedes the team requires "open heart surgery."
Tuchel believes Chelsea simply requires 'cosmetic' surgery, but he is unable to bring in or out players. Meanwhile, Liverpool and City, their major opponents, can plan ahead.
"Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is being forced to sell because the UK government sanctioned him for his ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"There is also financial fairness, and these things exist on top of it," Tuchel remarked. I also believe that a new owner cannot simply give over the keys and say, "Here, go wild, here is £250 million, spend it."
There's still hope that everyone is working on it and that we finish it as quickly as possible. We're also trying to be ready behind the scenes so that if we get the green light to act, we'll be ready. It's quite tough to forecast what will happen right now."
The significant underachievement of Man United's pricey squad has put Rangnick's reputation as a coach to the test.
"We are judged on what you see at the time," Tuchel, who won the Champions League in his debut season as Chelsea manager last year, remarked.
When we lose two games at home, you pass judgment on me. I can't claim to have won the Champions League a few months ago. It's over.
He made the move to the Premier League and will be judged accordingly. It has nothing to do with how influential he was in German football or the fantastic work he performed with Leipzig, Hoffenheim, and Hanover in the past.
You must demonstrate your worth on an almost daily basis — perhaps every three days. This isn't always pleasant. When I speak with CEOs of large corporations, they tell me, "I'm glad I don't have this every three days - that I'm the most foolish, then the most clever."
We appreciate the positive aspects of it, so we must deal with the negative aspects."
Rudiger returned to training on Wednesday, and if he passes a fitness test for groin and leg issues, he might play this evening. Christensen has also returned after being ill.
