After Manchester United's 1-1 draw with Chelsea at Old Trafford on Thursday night, Roy Keane slammed Nemanja Matic in his post-match interview.Cristiano Ronaldo's stunning score instantly balanced out Marcos Alonso's equally superb strike, ensuring United avoided a third straight defeat.

Ronaldo's goal was his 23rd of the season, and it was made possible by Matic's sublime scooped ball against his former club.

Matic has previously confirmed his departure from United after five years, saying in an interview after the game that the Red Devils "will always be in my heart. He stated the same thing about his other former teams, Chelsea and Benfica. Matic's comments irritated Keane, who didn't like them.

"What happened to the club's standards?" On Sky Sports, Keane asked.

"Man United will always be in my heart, oh and Chelsea, oh and Benfica, don't forget them, they can't all be in your heart," Matic said. After Keane had done, host Dave Jones jumped in with a joke about Matic's "large heart."

Jamie Redknapp was also present, and the entire crew was in fits of laughter.

Matic joined United in a £40 million deal from Chelsea in 2017, becoming Jose Mourinho's second signing.

The 33-year-old made 187 appearances for the club before announcing his departure on April 15th, a year before his contract was set to expire.Matic stated in the tumultuous Sky interview with which Keane took issue: "For the past five years, it has been a pleasure and an honour to play at Old Trafford.

"Three more games to go, and United will always hold a special place in my heart - along with Chelsea, of course, as I also played for the Blues.

"It was an honor for me to be a part of it all."

After seeing Marcus Rashford smiling during the warm-ups, Keane, in true Keane way, was quite harsh.

On Sky Sports, the 50-year-old remarked, "Every time I watch Marcus getting warmed up, he's constantly smiling."

"I don't like it when players smile a lot."
