West Ham are exploring after German observers were purportedly gone after by a Hammers fan during the 2-1 loss by Eintracht Frankfurt.
German paper Bild revealed the observers had their headsets ripped off and tossed on the floor at London Stadium on Thursday.
The episode occurred after West Ham's Michail Antonio adjusted in the main leg of the Europa League semi-last.
West Ham said they "will be attempting to recognize the wrongdoer".
The telecasters, working for German station ARD, were commentating from the back line of the media segment, which had allies straightforwardly behind it.
"In accordance with our zero-resistance approach, anybody recognized will have their subtleties passed to the police," said a West Ham representative.
"They will be given an endless boycott and not be able to enter London Stadium and travel with the club. There is a bad situation for this sort of conduct."
