REPEATING THE SAME MISTAKES THAT LED TO THE DEFEAT OF NDC 2016 ELECTION AND 2020 ELECTION
I humbly write this piece to suggest, to contribute, to correct and to point out somethings that, actually led to our defeat in the previous elections.
The following are the reasons why we lost the previous elections and suggestions of remedy to those issues. First of all let me state this clearly that, I wrote this piece not to offend anyone nor think I know more than the ones in charge of elections, organization and operation or the administrators of the party NDC but to express my opinion on major issues happening that we don't pay much attention to Which is affecting my party very badly.
1). Why should the NDC always Wait for the NPP to start their reorganization before the NDC? This a very bad mistake for the party because, as they are rushing to finished up their internal elections before the NDC, is to make sure they influence our internal elections. this have been happening. They do this by imposing the the weakest candidates among us to contest by sponsoring such individual to get an executive position to occupy either at the regional or national even sometimes the constituencies level to help them have control in on own executives to enable them win power.
To me I suggest the party put aside some activities and focus on how to organize the Branch election and that of the Constituency, regional and national elections as fast as possible .
Before they think of organizing their own regional or national elections.
If we are able to organize on time, before them, it will make them find it difficult to interfere in our elections because, their concentration will be on governance and also how to win their various positions and it will also make us know how to tackle our opponents with shape strategy.
And also it will make us settle our minor issues after internal elections.
2) It is painful to see my party repeating what happened to us in 2016. Which lead us to loose many seat in Parlaimentry election which we registered many NPP cooked members to have access to vote some candidates who couldn't win most of the seats for the party .
By registration of membership card, this process is poorly and badly Organized and this can bring the infiltration of odd members into the party and make diehard members feel neglected if in case they didn't get to meet the time line of registration. Giving time line is very close when most constituencies haven't received any alert and more to the point no proper education was done on the registration process but rather letters issuing to alert members and giving time line.
In my personal opinion, this is badly Organized so , this should be put aside and allow some major activities to pop up, then plan well if not, we will waste time and cause more problems within the party.
3) The NDC don't Take serious issues such as national treat by the NPP seriously . Before the 2016 election, the NPP threaten the NDC that if they don't win the election as in 2016, the country will be ungovernable and we cowardly handed power to the NPP and refusing to pay attention to the issue Madam Shallot Osie was raising by saying the EC system was hacked on election day and we allow the NPP had their way on this.
We were also in this country before the 2020 election, when Nana Akuffo Addo went ahead to change the EC and brought his own EC which her deputy told the NDC that, he Bosman Asare will teach the NDC a lesson and we allow this to pass because we had no leadership at the top who can't challenge and make the country ungovernable as the way they said in 2016 and succeeded.

What I have to say is that, delegates should wise up this time around and keep money aside and elect strong, bold , and strategic leadership that can face the NPP in equal measures as they bring it on.
We should be prepared to face the NPP party in their way of plans and plan ahead of them if they venture to toy with the peace of this country this time around. My Oldman last told me this words " if your enemy pull a trigger on you , and you do same, both of you will such for remedy to remedy the situation"
4) The party should check out on how and why the media is against us for far too long why the media is always against the NDC party. When ever scandalous issue pop up by the NPP the Media is silence to discuss it most especially the so call major Media station multimedia. Either we find a way of making them hind to us or we stop patronizing them and build our own to grow.
5) We are so relaxing thinking all is well and that , Ghanaians will vote us .
We better wake up from that slumber because, the NPP don't think so, they believe is what they say and work towards It by using force to implement their plans so the question I ask is a) what strategies are we putting in plans to make the same Ghanaians have trust in the NDC that we can protect their votes come 2024?
b) why should we make Nana Akuffo Addo feels so special in his bad deals ? Can't we Organize demonstration over the threat of young lady and also spending the nation money such cheap Trips ?
6) The NDC should do everything possible to learn how to handle matters of diverted tactics been planned to always divert attention on major issues and bad happening by the npp.
These are my few suggestions and opinions to the NDC party.
