Individual from Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has depicted the Attorney General's reaction to the Minority's directive to limit government from executing the E-Levy strategy as 'terrible, annoying and exploitative'.
As per him, the Godfred Dame's case that the house had a majority for navigation is ludicrous.
In a Facebook post, the MP said the minority intends to face government as Article 3 of the 1992 Constitution requests, adding that would it be advisable for them they bomb in court, they will rampage.
He stated "the main antitoxin for menaces and dictators is to stand up and defy them as Article 3 of the 1992 Constitution requests of us. We will confront them in the Supreme Court on Wednesday the fourth of May; on the off chance that we oddly bomb in the courts as the Majority Group Leader and other NPP authorities are inquisitively anticipating, we will assume control over the roads."
The Attorney General, Godfred Dame, has said that parliament framed a majority when the E-Levy strategy was passed in March this year.
As indicated by him, an all out number of 266 Members of Parliament were available during the second perusing of the strategy.
