I have discovered that success is not a destination.It is continuous. In fact,the day a man thinks he has arrived at the shores of success,that is the day he bgins to fail. Motion is not the same thing as progress. For many people have marked time on the same spot with all their energy, yet have amounted to nothing of eternal singnificance. They have done nothing of eternal value. Men are celebrating them on earth but the heavens are weeping over them.
A man must continue to press forward and press forward, else he will lose the essence of his existence. He will lose his ability to give life.
Problems and trials are not indicators of the journey of wrong life but they are sometimes one of the ways our maker use to perfect us. They are one of the ways God use to keep us active.
A man who thinks he has arrived at the shores of success and pitches his tent there, will soon become stagnated.
From stagnation,such a life will begin to rot and so very soon, such a life will begin to smell.
Such a man looks left and right and smiles, satisfied with mediocrity, forgetting that every drop of water has the capability to become a stream. And every stream has the potential to become a river. And every river has the capacity to become a sea. Every sea also has the potential to become an ocean. But the choice is yours, whether to limit yourself and die as a lizard or to grow to become a crocodile.
The day you stop being a blessing,you become a curse. The same people who praised you before will turn around and began to curse you, because your life is no longer a blessing. The day you stopped being a blessing,you loosed value before God and man. Your life becomes a dumping ground for rubbish.
Do not be satisfied with where you are or with what you have done and pitch your tent there. Because no matter what you have done, there are still so much that God can do with you. So make up your mind to better your Best. Determine to beeak your own record. It is never enough.
