FIVE(5) TIPS OF HAVING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH SOCIAL MEDIA.

 I gatch you some few tips to help improve our lives. To have a good and healthy with social media(very necessary).

These are; 

1. Set time limit on apps that you feel you spend more time than you should. 

2. Delete apps that you don't use.

3. Set your phone to bed/rest an hour before you go to bed.

4. Shut off "push" notifications. 

5. Schedule time for non- tech activities and hobbies. 

 

So we're gonna start by implementing one of the steps above everyday. In that way, we can simply overcome the addiction to our Tech devices always 

and have ample time for other things too. We are not new to this conversation,  we sometimes even feel like we should quit using all these social media thing buh the reality is that, it gets to become impossible some way. We can't do away with it at all, it has now become part of us, so the good approach about having healthy relationship with using social media are some of the tips that I've listed above. Please let's practice these tips so we have good and healthy life.
