Black Stars players need initiative - Shilla Illiasu
Previous Black Stars protector, Shilla Alhassan Illiasu has pinned the Black Stars late horrible showing on the absence of initiative shown by players.
The Black Stars have battled to dominate a match since November 2021 with no triumph chalked inside that period notwithstanding playing in two significant contests.

Shilla Illiasu who currently works with Kenpong Football Academy said, "The large test right now in the Black Stars is about authority.
"Individuals truly do attempt to befuddle two things. The administration and commander. They are two distinct things. Presently we had pioneers. All the 23-man crew, they were all chiefs and pioneers."
As indicated by him, ex-chief of the Black Stars Stephen Appiah charged him to lead the group notwithstanding being a nearby player.
"We didn't have neighborhood players and expert players. Appiah will investigate your face and tell you, Shilla you will convey the day for us so proceed to play and I was even a nearby player around then"
"Furthermore, when we played against The Czech Republic and we won, he came to me and said, yes Shilla you conveyed the game and, surprisingly, by then no one knew me," he added.
