Brighton and Hove Albion chief Lewis Dunk accepts they would have the option to adapt assuming Manchester United-connected Yves Bissouma were to leave the club in the late spring.
Bissouma, 25, has been a key midfielder for the Seagulls since joining from Lille in 2018, showing up across all rivalries.
The Mali worldwide, who has a little more than a year staying on his agreement, is perceived to have grabbed the attention of various Premier League clubs, including Man United, Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa.Brighton are reluctant to allow Bissouma to leave the Amex Stadium except if they get a proposal in the area of £50m, yet if they somehow managed to sell the midfielder this late spring, Dunk feels that the Seagulls as of now have an instant substitution as Moises Caicedo.
"I want to believe that we hold the group together and continue to push on. Yet, we have the profundity in the crew to fill in and young men have moved forward," the 30-year-old told the Daily Mirror.
"Assuming the opportunity arrives and young men continue on, similar to Ben White last year, I was humming for him. We lost one yet we have others as back-up to come in and perform. I think it shows in light of the fact that Moises Caicedo has hung tight for his chance and the last couple of games he has been extraordinary. I imagine that simply shows what we have at this club.
"We have incredible hard working attitude and fellowship on the preparation pitch which gives us our establishments. That is the main explanation he has had the option to perform like that since we really buckle down on the preparation pitch."
Caicedo spent the primary portion of this season borrowed with Belgian outfit Beerschot Wilrijk, however since getting back to Brighton in January, the 20-year-old midfielder has begun in every one of the last five Premier League matches for Graham Potter's side.
