Ghanaian rapper Edem has shown a kind gesture towards Ghanaian veteran musician Tinny, in an interview dubbed “Rush hour” on Asaase Radio, Edem revealed he is willing to give out ghc2,000 to the rapper due to what he did for him about the the the 11 years ago. Tinny was in the news recently after he was reported to the Taifa police by an event organizer known as Yaw Menkasa. Yaw in his claim revealed he paid Tinny a sum of Ghc2,000 to perform at a show in the or region. However after Tinny received the money he refused to honor the invite and also refused to refund the money.
He then reported him to the Taifa police which resulted in the rapper's car being seized by the police. They urged him to refund the money by Monday 9, may else he will be held in custody. Ghanaian rapper stonebwoy upon hearing the news, quickly asked them to stop talking about it on the radio and gave the said amount to the Hitz Fm host to give it back to the event organizer so Tinny’s car could be retrieved. Rapper Edem was also hosted on Asaase radio and upon hearing the news he also pledged to give an amount of ghc2,000 to Tinny so he can use in support himself. He further added that exactly 11 years ago when he first came to haatso, Tinny looked under his bed and gave him ghc2,000 and asked him to pay it anytime he was ready.
He further went on to thank him for being there for him when he needed him the most and this is the little he can give him in these trying times.
