Watford coach Roy Hodgson has not met his replacement Rob Edwards and wouldn't remember him however will offer counsel on the job whenever counseled, he said on Friday.
Watford, currently consigned to the second-level Championship for next season, recently designated Forest Green Rovers coach Edwards as their new director for the 2022-23 season.

"I know what his identity is and what he has done, however I haven't seen him or have the option to remember him," Hodgson told journalists before Watford have Leicester City on Sunday.
