 Shaking

 

This is a simple yet quite effective healing technique. This technique will heal you and remove blocked energy and stress. You will feel energized and revitalized. It also has the potential to instantly lift your moods and take your attention off of any compulsive thought.

 

Stand at a place where you can move your hands freely without touching anything else. In this technique, your feet are supposed to remain at one place. Now slowly start shaking your hands, neck, hips and upper body. Gradually increase the speed of shaking with a feel that you are shaking off all the negative and blocked energy. Keep shaking at least for 5 to 10 minutes. Once you are done, make sure to lie down or sit still in a comfortable position. 

 

Express Yourself:- 

 

We have been taught from early childhood to control our feelings and emotions. That’s why, when we can’t express anger, sadness, frustration, discontent, and other emotions that are labeled negative in public. 

 

While it is nice to behave in a particular way in a public place, that does not mean that you should suppress your emotions. Because these suppressed emotions can accumulate over time and interfere with your psychological well being. 

 

So, express yourself, but in your private space. Close your room, close all the windows. Put on some music if that helps. And start expressing yourself. You feel like shouting, then shout. You feel like crying, then cry. And if you feel like hitting someone, then punch your pillow. This way, no one is getting hurt and you are not suppressing your emotions. 

 

Trust us, soon you will start feeling lighter and more calm. You will feel as if some baggage has been lifted off your shoulders. This healing technique for mental health will not only restore your mental peace but will also help you in mending your relations with yourself and people around you. Your stress, anger, and frustration will melt away and will be replaced by calmness and alertness.  

 

Gibberish:- 

 

Gibberish literally translates to “unintelligible or meaningless speech. “You sit down in a comfortable position and start speaking nonsense. What you are speaking should not make any sense. For example, have you seen a child who has not yet started speaking words, but he constantly keeps making sounds? You have to do the same. 

 

Practice this technique for at least 10 minutes a day. Make sure to lie down in the meditative state once the technique ends. Practicing it regularly is proven to be therapeutic. Not only will it remove blockages but also help with the constant chatter of the mind. You will feel light like a feather. 

 

 All these techniques have been devised to work on psychological problems. They may seem simple but are quite powerful. The only condition for them to work is to practice regularly for some time.
