AFRICAN YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AND DEVELOPMENT NETWORK UPHOLDS LIBRARIES WITH BOOKS

The African Youth Empowerment and Development Network (AfRYED-NET) has throughout the end of the week given thirty boxes of books to two libraries in Kintampo in the Bono East and Bamboi in the Savannah Region of Ghana.

He expressed gratitude toward the people particularly Mr Kafui Dei of GBC and Mrs Ellen Mensah, a resigned educationalist for supporting the library project and approached different givers to help AfRYED-NET to arrive at fifty libraries that have been focused on for 2022/2023

 

The Director of the Kintampo Municipal Library, Mr Amoako Mensah who got the things said thanks to AfRYED-NET for its good thought and trusted different NGOs and people would imitate same.

 

He said as the main library in the whole Municipality of multiple hundred thousand (200,000) individuals the Kintampo Municipal Library faces various difficulties, for example, separated forced air systems, deficient power to drive PCs and part of the structure that has been obliterated by a rainstorm.

 

At a comparative show in Bamboi in the Bole District of the Savannah Region, Dr Kwaku Anane-Gyinde approached guardians to put resources into the schooling of their youngsters/wards adding "Interest in instruction yields the best profits/returns."

 

He contends that the best munititions stockpile that can be sent to battle social imbalance is schooling since it empowers and enables people to beat obliviousness, hardship and neediness.

 

Getting the books for the North, Mo Traditional Council, Nnaa Dompeh Antwi, Chief of Carpenter offered thanks to AfRYED-NET for the help and spoke to other magnanimous associations and people to take action accordingly.

 

Nnaa Dompeh engaged youngsters locally to disparage the library to receive its full reward.

 

The Bamboi Community Library is being housed in a multi-reason public venue worked by the ZAKAT Foundation of America.
