FLOODWATERS WASH AWAY FOOTINGS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT AT KANESHIE FIRST LIGHT

Calamity looms at Kaneshie First Light as floodwaters wash away one of the footings of an announcement near an intersection.

 

The bulletin is around three meters from the Outer Ring Road at the intersection prompting the Kaneshie Market.

 

A visit to the spot by the Ghana News Agency (GNA) after Saturday's deluge, show that the whole ground holding the board had been disintegrated by flood with leftovers and rubbles of harm portions of the announcement dissipated along the stream.

 

Mr Kojo Kyei Buabeng, a trotro driver, in a meeting with the Ghana News Agency, said, "The scene is truly alarming and we are in peril as the downpours are in.

Maame Yaa Dansua Addo, an occupant, said, "the vows to fix the flooding issue at First Light are simply stories. My family and others need to scoop floodwaters water from our homes whenever it downpours."
