THE TOP 3 AFRICAN COUNTRIES WITH QUALITY EDUCATION SYSTEMS

Education is a critical instrument for achieving success in the world. It is also the cornerstone for human progress, which is why most countries are stepping up their efforts to provide world-class education to both their inhabitants and foreign visitors. The situation is similar on the African continent, where multiple Grade A schools exist.

 

There were 38 African countries among 140 that were judged to have the top education systems. This is based on the World Education Forum's skill development. The report's criteria were based on the general level of labor skills as well as the quantity and quality of schooling available in these countries.

First and foremost, Seychelles

It is a country that is located on an island. Seychelles is the only African country to have completely achieved the UNESCO goal of universal education. This goal is to ensure that all children under the age of 18 receive free education. Only their school uniforms are paid for.

 

In terms of education, the country is ranked 69.3 by the World Economic Forum. The Seychelles government has invested more money in education, which has resulted in the country's education progressing.

Second, there's South Africa.

South Africa has the greatest education system in Africa and is placed 84 on the worldwide education system. For children aged 6 to 15, there is a policy of compulsory free education.

 

The country launched the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) initiative in 2005, which aims to make learning a collaborative effort between teachers and students. This was done to pique the students' interest in learning. For countless international students, the country has served as a learning environment.

Mauritius comes third.

British colonization is responsible for the country's educational growth. They kept the British education system after achieving independence from the British, which has had a significant impact on the country today.

The Mauritius government provides free education to its residents from pre-elementary to university levels; nevertheless, education is required for all citizens until they reach the age of 16. The country's projected literacy rate is around 84.40 percent.
