Kemar Roofe gives Rangers cover for Europa League final
Rangers will have striker Kemar Roofe fit for Wednesday's Europa League final against Eintracht Frankfurt in a significant boost for the Scottish side's hopes of a first European prize in 50 years.
Roofe has not played since assisting Rangers with beating Celtic in the Scottish Cup semifinals on 17 April, in the wake of getting a knee injury.
The Jamaican worldwide got back to full preparation recently and is good for selection.
"Kemar is accessible. He prepared interestingly with us yesterday. He had individual preparation before that and he will prepare later," . Rangers manager Giovanni Van Bronckhorst affirmed at his pre-match press gathering on Tuesday.
"He will be in the squad and to use him he is accessible."
Roofe has scored 16 times this season and hit the extra-time goal that took Rangers past Braga in the quarterfinals.
With top goalscorer Alfredo Morelos out for the season with a thigh injury, Rangers have started the two legs of their semifinal prevail upon RB Leipzig without a characteristic striker.
"Of course it's a boost for us," added Van Bronckhorst. "Whenever he got harmed several weeks prior, he was in a decent spell, vital for the group.

However, Oliver Glasner's men have saved their best structure for Europe this season, beating the likes of Barcelona and West Ham during an unbeaten mission so far.
"Their general performances in Europe have been fantastic," said Van Bronckhorst.
"They are a decent group. They are physically strong, they have pace front and center, they are great guarding.
"Being a really astonishing final is going."
