A 13 years old girl identified as Dzifa Deumie has finally reunited with her family again months after the family declared she was missing. The news was confirmed by a journalist and the lead of the missing children documentary on Atinka Fm/Tv. Dzifa Dwumie was reported missing on the 25th of October 2021 she revealed.
''Reunification was done at Ashaiman Social Welfare and Community Development Office. Facilitated by the Municipal head Mr. Archibald Mensah,'' she told
''The family of Dzifa Dwumie was extremely happy to find her. The girl was happy as well but insisted she wants to live with her father who was not present during the reunification process.''
social media users expressed excitement after news of the young girl being found broke out. Children getting missing is one of the major problems facing Ghana and the world as a whole, people tend to kidnap people and use them as bait to extort huge sums of money from their families and others also end up killing their victims and cutting the bodies parts to sell and enrich themselves. About 4 years ago, news broke out of three Takoradi girls who went missing, the police did all they could and to date, the three energetic girls have not been found. There are other similar cases of not only children but adults getting missing and their dead bodies have been dumped on the streets with their important body parts missing.
Due to this, Ghanaians were extremely happy over the return of this 13 year old girl.
