Everton hero Richarlison has sent Jamie Carragher an angry message after the Toffees clinched Premier League status with a win against Crystal Palace.
To avoid going into the last day of the season with their top-flight position still in jeopardy, Frank Lampard's team needed to beat Palace at Goodison Park on Thursday night. The home team got off to a poor start when Jean-Philippe Mateta put Palace ahead before Jordan Ayew doubled the visitors' lead.
Everton, however, fought back with goals from Michael Keane and Richarlison in the second half to draw level.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored a thrilling victory for Everton with five minutes remaining in normal time, triggering frenzied celebrations and a pitch invasion at Goodison Park.
After the game, Richarlison tweeted veteran Liverpool defender Carragher, who had already chastised the Brazilian for his actions in the Merseyside derby at Anfield last month.@Carra23 Richarlison tweeted, "Wash your mouth before you comment about me and Everton and I don't respect you," followed by a happy poo emoji.

Carragher, a Sky Sports pundit, had chastised Richarlison for what he saw as play-acting in Everton's 2-0 loss to Liverpool last month.
"Get up, honestly. "Get up and keep going," Carragher advised Richarlison.
"If [Abdoulaye] Doucoure receives a yellow card as a result of his teammate's injury. Doucoure's attempt to stop the game was stupid, but Richarlison... there's nothing wrong with him.Carragher was not the first to accuse Richarlison of diving.
In the year 2020, he tweeted: "It has nothing to do with bias to talk about Richarlison's demise.
"He goes down 3 times in every EFC game I do, as if he had a major injury, then gets up!
"It's not about obtaining a penalty or a foul; it's about making him look hurt when he isn't.Everton's win could be overshadowed by a disturbing incident at full-time, in which Palace manager Patrick Vieira appeared to kick a pitch invader who mocked him at the end of the game.
Vieira was seen being pushed onto the pitch by an Everton fan as the team celebrated their triumph.
The fan looked to be kicked by the Frenchman, who fell to the ground.
When asked about the incident during his post-match news conference, Vieira said, "I have nothing to say about that."
