I’ve been married before and regardless of my experience in it and how it went, I think I have my experience about marriage so I’ll advise you to listen to what the spirit has to say, because I am a bible believing Christian and I believe in the word of the Lord.
I was ready to make it work regardless of what it was. I was ready to stay because I didn’t come into it to leave. I wanted it, I knew what I was going into when I got married.
But it takes two to work. Scripture says two cannot walk together except they agree. So even when the other party left I did everything I prayed, I waited just so it will work but it did not. And so, I would say to people because these days you see marriages even in church and outside the church are just breaking for God knows what.
The marriage God created, the one he initiated in Genesis 2:18 is a PERFECT ONE.
The one God created, that Jesus endorses, that one is perfect, not the one that is colored with culture and religion. So regardless of what you go through in marriage, it should not change what God has created.
“Marriage is beautiful regardless of your experience”.
It will remain so because it’s created by God, and we can only enjoy it when we follow his understanding and his idea about any topic.
Some marriages that are 10 years, 20 years then you begin to get the news that they’re done, they don’t want it anymore and some people really just say things like well it’s not working, I just can’t try. And I think this generation, we are not willing to try to make it work but you know between you, God and the other party you know what is true, God knows what is true, the other party knows what is true.
So if you’re in a marriage and you can try to make it work but you just want to get out of it because that’s what’s trending, God knows the truth, you know the truth and the other party knows the truth.
If you come up with lies about that marriage you say oh this is what’s happening in it when that’s not what is happening, God knows the truth, you know the truth and the other party knows the truth.
If you’re in a marriage where there is violence I will advise you you take a break, don’t stay there, we can only fix it when you’re alive…
