"What we are experiencing now is the result of previous events. As I previously stated, the second year (2017/18), when we scored 100 points, was the result of a lot of hard work from the previous season, when we failed to win.
"When I first came here (to City), everyone claimed the Premier League would be the most difficult; it is the most difficult, and everyone wins against various clubs."
Only Manchester United's Sir Alex Ferguson has won four league titles in five years. When it happens, you realize the magnitude of that United (team) during that particular period, and how they were able to accomplish so much.
"We're on the verge of doing it or being a part of it. We must make every effort to accept it. We'll attempt to do it, regardless of how fantastic it is to be in this situation."
