Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny has signed a new contract with the Premier League club
Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny has marked another agreement with the Premier League club.
The Egypt global has scored five goals in 147 appearances since showing up at the Emirates from Swiss club Basle in 2016.
The length of the 29-year-old's new arrangement has not been unveiled by the Gunners.
Chief Mikel Arteta told the club site: "Mo is a really significant piece of the group. He brings interminable energy, excitement and obligation to the group and is adored by everybody.
"He's a significant player for us on and off the pitch, a real good example to our more youthful players and I'm happy he's remaining."
Elneny showed up this season as Arsenal completed fifth in the Premier League, while likewise assisting his country with arriving at the last of the Africa Cup of Nations, where they were beaten on punishments by Senegal.
He lifted the FA Cup during his most memorable season in north London and spent the 2019/20 mission borrowed at Turkish club Besiktas.
"I love this club and I feel like piece of this family," said Elneny. "I need to go on at this astonishing club and I'm exceptionally blissful and extremely energized for what's in store."
