Liverpool midfielder Thiago Alcantara's injury is not as bad as feared - Klopp
Liverpool midfielder Thiago Alcantara's physical issue isn't so awful as dreaded, coach Jurgen Klopp said on Wednesday, raising the propect that he could highlight in the Champions League final against Real Madrid on Saturday.
Thiago seemed to pull a muscle during Sunday's last Premier League game against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Klopp at first said that he would probably pass up the conflict with the Spaniards in Paris.
Albeit the midfielder didn't prepare on Wednesday, the German said that Thiago would probably be associated with Thursday's meeting, after tests demonstrated the injury to be less not kidding than dreaded.
"There is an opportunity. (Right now, it seems as though he can be important for preparing tomorrow, that would be really useful, clearly and afterward we go from that," Klopp told a news meeting.
"So it is shockingly great. After the game, I was not really sure about it. In any case, we got news around evening time currently that it doesn't look that terrible. Furthermore, from that point we went, we will see," he said.
Klopp said the players had previously put the mistake of wrapping sprinters up to Manchester City on Sunday's emotional last day of the Premier League season, absolutely crazy.
