And whatever you are permitted to do- then such is an act wherein is no liability (eg. you can push away the one who seeks to pass in front of you while praying, and if such a person is hurt, you are not liable)
And every ruling has its effective reason (to be forbidden or allowed)-which determines its ruling ( eg. alcohol is haram as it intoxicates, so anything that intoxicates is haram as well)
And every condition is binding on the one who takes it- in sales, marriage and others intended
Except a condition which made the halal, haram or vice versa, so know this is invalid. (e.g. one cannot sell water, and condition to the buyer that you cannot drink it)
And drawing lots can be used when things are unclear- regarding rights ( of a group of people) or when there is overcrowdi
And when similar actions collide then proceed to do one of them, so pay attention (e.g. you can make takbeer, tasbih, tahmeed 11 times or 33 times after salah according to your liking)
And the one who is engaged (in any contract) hould not be engaged ( by another)- for example, an endowment or security (e.g the man cannot propose to the father of a woman already engaged)
And whoever fulfills an obligation on behalf of his brother- for him is a return, if he intended seeking it.(e.g. if you pay a debt for a brother, intending to get it back in future, the person must pay you back)
The natural deterrent to sins ( wrong actions) is without any denial like the legislative deterrent
And the perfect praise be to Allah in the beginning, the end and always
Then may the expansive mention and peace be upon the Prophet , his companions, and the Successors.
May Allah have mercy on Ash-Shaykh Abdur-Rahman ibn Nasir as-Sa’di.
