Let’s Continue With The Principles Of Fiqh
This is the second part of the principles of Fiqh, try to read the first before, in order to have a full understanding.
Whoever hastens to get something ( delights that are haram) before its due time ( in paradise)- he will be at loss as well as being deprived of it. (eg. One who drinks alcohol and dies without repenting, he will not drink the wine in Paradise)
And if an action is accompanied with another forbidden act- or its conditions, then it is corrupt and flawed. (eg. a man steals clothes, and prays in it, his prayer is corrupt but valid)
And the destroyer of one who harms him is not held responsible- after trying to repel with what is better. ( eg. the one who defends himself from a robber and kills,he is not charged with murder)
And the Alif and Laam ( before a word ) indicates generality- for a plural or indefinite word like ( the word) AL-Aleem( the knowledgeable, the Alif Laam indicates all those who are knowledgeable)
And the indefinite in context of negation – or context of prohibition indicates generality.
Also, the word(??)?(??) whoever/whom and whatever indicate generality- so oh my brother pay attention.
Likewise when the singular now is possessive ( also indicates generality) – so understand may you be guided.
And the ruling is not complete until there combines all the conditions and the obstacles are removed. ( the woman who menstruates has obstacles to pray, fast, so a condition is she must be pure to pray and fast)
Whoever fulfills what is upon him of action- deserves what is due from that action. ( the one who works, he deserves his pay from the work he did)
And some of the obligation is to be done if there is a hardship in doing all of it. (the one who cannot pray standing, can pray sitting, etc)
