Paris SaintGermain star Neymar is believed to be a Chelsea summer transfer target amid Todd Boehly awaiting a £4.25 billion takeover.
PSG are rumored to be ready to sell Neymar for a fair price following Kylian Mbappe's decision to extend his contract at Parc de Princes. Thomas Tuchel led the Brazilian superstar during his tenure at PSG, reaching the Champions League final and winning the Ligue 1 title twice in two years in the French capital.
Neymar ended the 2021/22 season, scoring 13 goals and providing eight assists in all competitions, making a total of 28 appearances for PSG. The 30-year-old has spoken of a potential Premier League move in the past and admitted he has "huge mutual respect" for the Blues boss.

Neymar from the 2022/23 season with Chelsea
Neymar became a star player for the Blues under Thomas Tuchel during his first season at the club, making 54 appearances in all competitions. Starting on the left side of attack, the Brazilian is a big threat to Chelsea, scoring 18 goals and 13 assists during the season.
His best performances have been in the Premier League, where the 30-year-old finished the season as the league's fourth top scorer. Neymar has scored 15 goals while providing seven assists in 37 appearances, averaging 7.16 per game. 4,444 Chelsea's top scorers in the 2022/23 season
Compared to the rest of the Chelsea squad, Neymar finished the season as the second-highest scorer while scoring the most assists. Kai Havertz has scored 26 goals in all competitions, including 19 in the Premier League.
Romelu Lukaku has scored 14 goals, mostly from the bench, while Mason Mount and Matteo Kovacic have both hit doubles this season. It's been an incredible season, averaging top-rated games per game for the Blues.

Along with the signing of Neymar, Chelsea signed Alessandro Bastoni from Inter Milan to fill the void left by Antonio Rudiger. Trevor Chalobah became a regular in defence, while Kovacic and N`Golo Kante were first-choice midfield ahead of Conor Gallagher and Jorginho.
Mount joins Neymar after Havertz, with Lukaku acting as the second player for the German. Timo Werner was limited in game time, while Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech alternated on and off the sidelines.
