Toni Kroos, a Real Madrid midfielder, was upset during his post-match interview after Real Madrid defeated Liverpool to win the Champions League for the sixth time in Paris.

Real Madrid were celebrating yet another Champions League victory, but Toni Kroos' mood was dimmed by an interview with German television.

Vinicius Jr's second-half winner helped Carlo Ancelotti's team upset Liverpool in Paris, giving the Germany international his seventh Champions League victory. Liverpool had 24 shots to Real Madrid's four, but they couldn't break through a well-organized defence led by man of the match Thibaut Courtois.

2DF questioned Kroos after the game on if the game went as planned and whether he was shocked they were put under so much pressure by Jurgen Klopp's side. And Kroos was irritated by what he saw as "negative" questioning from his home country, storming out of the interview after losing patience with the reporter.

You just had 90 minutes to think of two s*** questions "He grumbled as he walked away. "With just two negative questions, you can tell you're German right immediately."

Kroos was not the only Real Madrid player who seemed a little tense in his post-game interview. After his outstanding performance, goalkeeper Courtois talked to BT Sport and urged fans in England to treat him with respect.

Kroos walked out of the interview and abruptly ended it.

Courtois remarked, "I saw a lot of comments stating I'd be humbled." "The situation was reversed. Today I needed to win a final - for my career's sake, and for everyone's sake.

When asked what it meant to win the Champions League, he answered, "It means a lot of things." "I'm simply incredibly delighted and proud of the team's performance, and I was there for them when they needed me. Together, we have defeated the top clubs in the world. Liverpool had a great day today. I believe I played exceptionally well, and that was the difference."

Carlo Ancelotti, who won the Champions League for the fourth time, said: I can't believe what I'm hearing. We had an incredible season.

We performed admirably. It was a tough game, and we took a lot of hits, especially in the first half. Finally, I believe we deserved to win this contest. We are overjoyed. I'm not sure what to say. I'm sorry, but I'm at a loss for words.

I'm a record collector. Last year, I had the good fortune to come here and enjoy a terrific season. A superb club with a great roster full of talent and mental toughness.

It was a fantastic season. I believe we went through some extremely difficult games. In the last game, the fans were quite helpful. They came through for us tonight. We're content, and they're content.
