Three teams are always relegated from the Premier League at the end of each season; the bottom three teams in the league table will play in the Championship the following season. Only a few clubs can claim to have never been relegated from the English Premier League since it was established in 1992 as the successor-competition to the English First Division. They are as follows:

Liverpool is number one.

Since the Premier League's formation in 1992, Liverpool has never been relegated, despite finishing bottom of the First Division in 1953-54 and spending eight seasons there before earning promotion in 1961-62, and they have not been relegated since.

Everton is in second place.

Everton is one of just six clubs in England that have never been relegated from the Premier League since its inception in 1992.The Meyside team hasn't been demoted since the 1950-51 season, and they've been in the first level since 1954-55.

Arsenal (No. 3)

Arsenal, on the other hand, has never been relegated from the Premier League and has never competed in the English Championship. The previous time they were demoted was during the 1912/13 season, however they were promoted back into the Division for the 1919/20 season, and Arsenal has never been relegated since the Premier League's inception.

Chelsea is number four.

Chelsea was only relegated once, in 1987/88, after losing in a relegation playoff to Middlesbrough, however they were relegated just for one season before winning the Second Division title in 1988/89.

Manchester United is ranked number five.

Manchester United was demoted from the Premier League for the first time in the 1973-74 season, however they came back in the 1975-76 season and have never been relegated since.

Tottenham Hotspur (No. 6)

Since the 1970s, they have competed in the English Premier League. Tottenham was relegated at the end of the 1976-77 season, but was relegated again in 1978-79.

N/B: Since the Premier League's inception in 1992, none of the six(6) clubs mentioned above have been demoted.

Bruno Fernandes of Manchester United has set an unusual Champions League record.

As the UEFA Champions League came to a close on Saturday, the Man United midfielder received a surprising award.Bruno Fernandes, a Manchester United midfielder, has won an unusual award following the conclusion of the Champions League.

Real Madrid won the prestigious trophy on Saturday night in Paris, defeating Liverpool 1-0. In the first half, Karim Benzema had a goal disallowed for offside, but Thibaut Courtois kept the Merseyside club out at the other end.

Vinicius Junior was the hero of the evening, scoring from close range on the hour mark to delight Los Blancos supporters. With another season of the prestigious competition drawing to a close, Fernandes managed to secure a surprising victory. With seven assists in the Champions League this season, the Portuguese midfielder set up more goals than anybody else in Europe's top league. With six assists, Vinicius Junior and Leroy Sane tied for second place, while Antony of Ajax, who has been linked with a move to Old Trafford, finished third.

However, Fernandes will not be able to defend his record next season. In Erik ten Hag's first season in Manchester, Fernandes and his colleagues will have to settle for Europa League action due to United's poorest ever Premier League season, at least in terms of points count.
